As an avid online shopper (it’s research!) I see all kinds of marketing, from good to bad toyou guessed itdownright ugly. But this little email reminder option from DSW is genius. And so simple! They send an email in the morning about a sale, trying to spark your interest. When you open it, they acknowledge the fact that you might be at work, busy commuting or just otherwise engaged and unable to shop right now. So they offer to help you spend money with them by sending you a reminder email later in the day. Brilliant.
